I'm happy to report that today's periodic check of my blood pressure revealed 125/83!!!  Yeahhh I knew it ... I just occasionally like to verify how my body's doing with a test of numbers and today is another great day!  I have found the winning combination of miracles that create the reality of perfect health for me ...

What has your "Reflective Mode" of the last few weeks looked like?  What has shown up in your life?  What have you let go?  We are coming out of a Mercury Retrograde and I am finding that I am now more sensitive to feeling the energetic pulls of the various planetary shifts.  I love the full moons and how crisp everything feels and smells during one.  I find myself trying to catch glimpses of the moon as it hides & peeks thru the landscape while driving.

During a Mercury Retrograde, it has been said that certain psychological effects may be felt:  confusion, changing your mind, maybe changing it again, miscommunication, repeating actions, glitches seem to increase, especially where electronics are concerned ....

I used to "buy into that story", holding my breath, and putting everything on hold during a Mercury Retrograde.  

I have found the most interesting things arrive during a Mercury Retrograde period ... and while for some, it may have felt "wrong" to start a new business venture during one.  **wink**  Unless you are like me and it feels more like discovering my own inner world ... what feels light? ...  as in "if it feels light then it is a truth, and when it feels heavy then it is a lie."

Intuition leads me to what is true for me, what is important, and when these match up ... I take action!  Even during a Mercury Retrograde!  ♥  

People ... Dear People .... continue to go out ... allow all of life to come to you with ease, joy and glory ♥ ... remember to have a sense of humor ... and if by intuitive prompting, why not go for it ... use your body how it is meant to work ... allow it to tell you what it wants ... the body always knows ... what I find most amusing is that my left brainedness kinda goes on pause ... so everything about "RIGHTNESS or WRONG" that might come up is hushed during a Mercury Retrograde ... and I feel I actually make better decisions than when my controlling brain (read EGO♥) has the reins. 

What would it take for you to ask your body what it wants ... what feels light ... and allow that to lead the way?  How does it get even better than this?  What else is possible? 

What would it take for you to ask questions and "allow" ... 

"Who does this belong to?"
"How does it get even better than this?"
"What is right about this situation that I'm not getting?"

"Allow" the answers to come to you ... for receiving is not done on this planet ... Yes it is that simple ... just ask questions!

A Facebook post this morning reminded me to remember to Laugh OUT LOUD!  Whenever possible ... Laughing is so healthy for us ... on a physical level as well as on a feel grrrrreat level ... I warmly smile watching this entertainer ... as I remember laughing til I cried, almost falling off my seat at LifeVantage Convention ... I was whisteling and whoooping at the end of each performance ... as we were blessed with many performances over the durartion of convention.
