My own awareness

... shifted in 2003 when I asked my doctor how to discontinue prescription medication for hypertension.  I was not aware that I had signed on to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life .... 

                    **SNAP!!!** ... "I Don't Think So!"

 ... and so it began that my journey evolved with a newfound freedom to meander wherever the energy took me …  I sampled a wide variety of energy modalities, even becoming proficient in them as a means to anchor these “feel good vibes” into my being.  Natural supplements and products ... natural foods ... 

I may not have "fixed" what others deemed "important" ... in the grand scheme of things, I began to understand how insignificant those issues truly were.  



       

I know this all leads to the "Bigger Picture" of why I am here ...

Why is it that I find joy everywhere?

What would it take for everyone to feel this way?  All the time???
