Those of you who know me, know that I'm big into nutrition, always learning what works for me, what might help others ... sharing to pay it forward.
Today my newest experiment arrives and I'm soo super excited because I KNOW that today is the first day of the rest of my life .... not only do I now have the cellular integrity of a 20 year old and am reducing the rust in the engine that lies within this body, I have such mental clarity. It is my wish that doctors suggest Protandim to their patients to help heal anxiety, depression, bi-polar ... heck any symptom ... yes I do BELIEVE that one day this will be the truth ...
And today begins my new journey to supplement all that I am already doing .... I am, once and for all, going to have normal blood pressure! ALL THE TIME! Although I do not need it, the newest task will also lower my cholesterol, lower glucose levels, and if that alone was not already enough reason to take it .... it leads to fat loss ... BONUS! I just hit the All-Time-High-Score!
