2 pounds of yellow pole beans
Olive oil
Juice squeezed from 1 lemon (I used Meyer)
(or you can use balsamic vinegar)
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
Pine nuts (I was out and used Pepitas)
Snip, cut to desirable size, rinse
Steam for 5 minutes
While still hot, drizzle with vinaigrette
