I’m not going to label the feelings and emotions with illness names … I’m going to dive right in.
If you feel ... like crap, wrung out, tearful, anxious, unable to sleep, feeling increased pain in your body, hysteria, frustration, anger, resentment, defeat ... insert anything you are feeling that I may have missed ... continue to have faith that all is in divine order.
We are being squeezed through the birthing canal of something we have never ever experienced before.
