I am amazed that I am not at all craving cookies, cakes or any such fanciful stuff ... Last weekend I made pancakes with hazelnut meal ... kinda winged it and kept adding a little more baking soda, then a little more ... because I knew the meal was heavier than its wheat alternative ... they turned out amazing! I loved them even cold, spread with organic butter and dipped into organic syrup ... I'll keep tweaking til it's ready to share here ... stay tuned!
