The energy that we are experiencing lately is very intense and unlike any that we have seen before. It has to do with where we are in the galaxy. We are receiving codes from different locations particularly the Grand Central Sun. We are already beginning to feel the energies of the 11:11 gateway. This one will be a particularly powerful as there is a giant push for all to awaken and release fully the ties that bind. It will continue to be intense as we are in the final energies of the year.

For many, the Ascension symptoms have ramped up. This is due to the energies coming in and changing our DNA. As we go from a carbon-based form to a crystalline one all density must go in order for us to move forward on this process. This is not only our physical density but the density that locks us into a prescribed reality such as our belief systems, self-sacrificing and victimhood patterning. It is all the areas where we have not forgiven or loved ourselves or another completely. It is the areas where we have judged another or ourselves. We must decide that we want to be HERE on earth during this amazing time. We must decide with every fabric of our being that we want to LIVE.

In order to navigate these energies, we do not need to be perfect. We do however have to actively work on releasing all that no longer serves. Some of you may feel as if you have backtracked recently. While painful it plays an important role. When we feel ourselves dip into the lower frequencies it is a stark contrast to when we feel clear and full of love. Allow this contrast to propel you even further on your quest to embody your highest self. We can no longer sit on the fence, we must choose where we want to be and work to maintain that frequency.

How the body is handling the energies
The body is definitely responding to the new codes coming in. The cranium is changing which can result in earaches, temple, and sinus cavity pressure. The teeth ache and shift as they release old programming. The spine is upgrading and helping us to disconnect from one reality and anchor securely into another. As the body becomes more crystalline it can experience intense itching and temperature fluctuations. The body can lose essential minerals during these high energy phases. Ask your body if it needs magnesium, calcium, cell salts, Vitamin D, C, or B or water. Feel the response and act on it.

Anxiety can be an overwhelming side effect as can the nervous system going into overdrive. Now is the time to pull out all the ways you have learned to self-heal on this journey. Grounding, spending time in nature, baths, exercise, crystals, flower essences, essential oils, and herbs such as ‘Theanine Serene with Relora’ can do wonders. Getting bodywork is very helpful, such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Massage, Cranial Sacral, and other modalities can help to move stuck energy through. If you feel that none of these ways are assisting you, don’t hesitate to see a doctor or a homeopath of your choosing. My guides told me very clearly that to think I don’t need assistance from other healers even from western medicine is a function of ego and a belief system. All things have their place on our individualized journey, we must choose through our open heart center which is the best for us.

Bring in your team during any sessions that you have to help amplify your healing. Ask for assistance from your Ascension team. Tell them what is taking place within your form and give permission to be helped in all ways. Understand that giving full consent to be helped, may mean that you are shown more clearly an area in your life that is not in resonance with who you are becoming.

Other end of the Spectrum
On the other end of the spectrum, some are feeling at ease in the higher energies. The energy bursts can give a much-needed boost. Write down the creative ideas that flow freely in these energies. Look at what ideas bring excitement. These are the clues to things you can focus on. Information is flowing in easily as well. Now more than ever it is imperative to listen and act on your own personal intuition and guidance. Manifestation is becoming faster, more noticeable. Some are receiving new assignments or/and a deeper understanding of current roles. The work, the contribution to the whole is becoming more deliberate, more conscious.

All of this is a function of a greater embodiment of the soul and the body become more crystalline.

Understanding Your Crystalline Form
I was in session with a client recently and she was asking about crystals and how she could best work with them to enhance her experience. Her guide said that most profound thing:

“You are the largest and best crystal you own.”

I could feel the importance of the statement and then over the next few days, I worked with my team to understand the statement.

We have heard for years how we are moving from a carbon-based form to a crystalline one. It is a slow process, so slow that we don’t even really believe it is happening. However, more and more people are beginning to see light emitting when they look at their skin under high magnification. Many are having dreams to help confirm the process. In one such dream, my thigh split open to reveal this blue and white crystalline structure as if I was staring into a crystal cave. It is all really exciting, but what does it mean?

Crystals are keepers and transmitters of frequency, codes (information) and energy. In Atlantis & Lemuria, crystals were used to help hold the records of the civilization but they also held the higher frequencies. Many simply feel at home in a place that has crystals in it simply because they raise the vibration of a location making a higher vibrating person feel more at ease in their own skin. Crystals can also help raise your vibration and unlock codes within your form, helping to take you to the next level.

So what does this mean as you become crystalline?
You become the receiver, keeper, and transmitter of frequencies, codes, and energy. The more crystalline you become the more you become in charge of your own reality. A being that becomes crystalline can help to activate others and strengthen their awakening process. It really is a game changer

They explained “The more crystalline one is the more they are able to decode the activations and downloads coming forth. This assists with the creation of reality which includes your creation of health. As one is able to bring in greater templates that hold the creator programming it will ease the health of the human body. When this takes place, one will see rapid changes in their form.”

I asked them how best to facilitate the process and was told that it is very important to talk with the body. Tell your body what is taking place and also to state that it is your wish to become as crystalline as possible. The way that we charge crystals is exactly how we should charge ourselves – water, sunlight, moonlight, and even burying ourselves in nature.

From Gillian Macbeth-Louthan ~ The emotions of the planet are palpable and pushy. they take energetic and weather form, sweeping thru our lives like a giant wave, creating a forced cleansing, a liquid release shoves its way down every corridor of our heart and lives. This driving force expels all islands of sad thoughts that once drifted out to see. We see the forces of nature as they slowly reveal their true spirit. Strong and mighty as any angel they stand tall sometimes getting in our space and our face. There was at time that we commanded nature and told it what to do! In days of old when we wore the garb of a wizard, It listened and obeyed like a chained dog growling back as we commanded it to do our biding. Times and energies have changed, mankind must learn to blend with what he tries to command, with a bolt under a truck or a fall breeze. Separation has befallen all point of light in the past, as well as complete ones, so an even equilibrium is needed to keep the cosmic fulcrum balanced.

The time of commanding anything is over, I am sure you have noticed. Even though we cannot beat the price of food into submission, we can on the other hand align with  the molecules of life and circumstance responding to subtle inner signals like one riding a horse bare back on the beach, just slight movement and common ground find the horse and rider one.

Coming into oneness is not just about people place or thing. We live virtual lives now as more and more people pick their individual mode of communication, less email, more text, more facebook, less phone calls, a smidgen of letters. Less hands on, easier access, fewer words all point to a vanilla box heart connection. Nothing spells loving like hands on contact, heart to heart.

We are suppose to be getting stronger but we all feel a little more susceptible. To what we do not know, but our ‘spidey senses’ are tingling.  Trust your body, not your eyes, as you begin to see dimensionally, look in-between the grey areas….cataracts I think not! You may not listen to the news for a week but I guarantee your body felt all of it, without you having to know one thing. We are all connected and the web grows tighter.

The next few months will give us a boost up in many areas, as we learn that what we think manifests quickly and almost verbatim. So watch your words especially power charged ones like ‘ I am sick and tired /cc, I can’t stand it anymore /cc,  so and so is a pain in the butt /cc.’ (cc means cancel/ clear ‘be gone damn verbal spot’) If you could be Mr. wizard and knew every word counted what would you say? What would you not say? In one little ole paragraph the next 3 months have lifted their cosmic skirts and shown their petticoats.

I feel so deflated … I did my best to offer a different perspective … I gave my energy … I ended up pulling it back and carrying on … in my own way.  Someone I regularly sent love to … has changed his residency to heaven … not quite a week yet … so I’m feeling all sorts of emotions and feelings …
 
I realize now that I had pulled most of my energy back … unable to reach out to others …
 
I am making a renewed commitment to myself to always speak my truth … even if others dismiss me … I now know that I may not be able to make a difference in everyone’s life … and that is no longer going to stop me now …
 
Because we attract what we put out … it is time for me to stop thinking that I have the power to change anything bu​t ​myself and my circumstances …

Energy Update: Becoming Aware of the New Energy

Whether you are rediscovering your life from a more expanded level of consciousness, or believe your shift has yet to occur, today’s energy update is dedicated to serving both sides of experience in becoming aware of the new energy that has anchored into Earth. May it assist in embracing the uniqueness of all subjective experiences to expand perceptions and welcome into view the ultimate reality that each of us so beautifully embody.

In my previous energy update, I noted how the emotional and physical bodies are often the final aspects to shift as new energy dawns. If we now know the last places where shifts often occur, we can take the next step of exploring the initial pieces of evidence where the changes of energetic expansion can be noticed. Even though a common attribute of new paradigm energy is a palpable sense of vast spacious emptiness, I want to really dive into exploring where these shifts begin for the benefit of all.

As always, there is no such thing as “I’m good or bad at evolving”. It is merely a matter of becoming aware of how the subtle energies can be noticed within your experience, so you can realize the magnificent changes that confirm your continual growth.

The first place to notice the shifting of energies is something I call “internal orientation”. It is much like your inner barometer of allegiance. When internal orientation shifts, your allegiance changes from being mortal enemies with discomfort and inconvenience to becoming more open and aware in response to such experiences.

If internal orientation shifts dramatically, it creates a sudden recognition that anything that was once interpreted as a barrier to overcome is actually a catalyst of divinity that is attracted into your reality to ensure the fulfilment of your highest potential. Such drastic shifts in internal orientation are often referred to as “realizations” or “aha moments”, but for some, the shifts are far more subtle.

Instead of going from “I hate my life” to “All is One”, the shifting of internal orientation is becoming more familiar with the patterns, reactions, and conditions at play. During this shift, you steadily transition from only being concerned with the things that you prefer, to becoming keenly aware of the things you cannot control, whether you wish you could control them or not. Even if you spend any amount of time trying to avoid, manipulate, or bypass your experiences, you are no longer lost in denial. You are not unaware, but becoming more aware, no matter how often you fight with the situations in view.

You might not think anything is different because you are still acting out in the same way, but at a closer look, there are a variety of progressive internal changes that allow you to be a witness of yourself, as a character in your life’s movie, instead of a victim of your circumstances.

As strange as it sounds, one of the key pieces of evidence that your internal orientation is shifting into a more expanded space of awareness is the presence of judgment. The arising of judgment can be a sign that your internal orientation is shifting in a more conscious direction, whether the ego is ready to be unraveled and integrated or not. Even though your ego might judge your behavior, criticize the actions of others, or even condemn your inner critic, the act of judging, condemning, opposing, or criticizing signifies an opening of awareness just beginning to expand beyond the parameters of your personal preferences.

While you are meant to remember how to be open, attentive, and responsive without the arising of criticism, judgment, opposition, or blame, that’s not the shift that initially occurs.
As awareness begins to expand, there is a more heightened sense of observation that opens up within you. When this occurs, judgments tend to amplify or become more noticeable, as the voice of ego projects conclusions and opinions onto the people, places, and things that enter the framework of your reality.

One of the reasons why judgments cannot be resolved by most spiritual approaches is because it maintains a negative view on how you react, while overlooking the higher purpose of judgment as an initial sign of change occurring throughout your journey. Once you change the way you are viewing each reaction and response, all perceivable obstacles can be recognized as a sign of evolution – no matter how slowly or quickly your progress seems to be.

Once you surrender the need to defeat judgment, and accept that it could only be a divine catalyst here to help you evolve, the role of life’s inner critic can be surrendered, simply by acknowledging criticism as a sign of expanding awareness.

To assist you in shifting into greater allegiance with your ever-expanding awareness, please repeat the following words out loud:

As judgment acts as an unsuspecting sign of expanding awareness, no matter how biased or tainted of a view each judgment suggests, the next shift of internal orientation is noticing a decrease in the sharpness of painful experiences.

It’s as if your ego, which fuels itself by either insisting others are wrong, assuming your circumstances are some sort of mistake, or wallowing in the pity of its own wrong-doing, begins to lose steam when even the nature of judgment is no longer viewed as wrong.

As ego is no longer fueled by labeling behavior as wrong, it’s as if there is a lack of interest in correcting others, or condemning yourself as a more harmonious witness begins to view your life from within the spaciousness of body. From this space, it’s not as if you relinquish the need to control in a moment of spiritual triumph. Instead, you tend to forget about the control you’ve never actually had.

As ego runs out of things to oppose and loses track of beliefs in control, it becomes progressively more difficult to make the behavior of others about you. Instead, how others treat you can be seen as a response to their own unresolved pain or echoes of emotional turmoil. You may not feel motivated to offer love to them, but you may not also be as deeply-wounded or troubled by their behavior or even your response. Oftentimes the reason why you may not notice these subtle shifts in internal orientation is due to the fact that your unraveling ego is often the one who patrols your energy field in search of the very changes that begin to surface in the absence of the one who yearns for it. Simply put, the one who waits for the arrival of change dissolves as change appears.

From recognizing judgment as a confirmation of becoming more aware, to naturally taking life less personally, and even forgetting about the control you’ve never had, your internal orientation continues its shift of allegiance by noticing how much faster you move through various emotional states. Maybe the difficult feelings that used to throw you out of balance for weeks or months at a time now shift throughout the duration of a day, or even in a matter of hours.

Soon the shifting of your internal orientation will cultivate such a more grounded awareness that uncomfortable emotions or personal friction can shift in a matter of minutes.

The irony is that when you get to the point of noticing how much faster your emotions shift, it is often when you wake up from a belief in being attacked by emotions to recognize each feeling as a gift to be fully received and welcomed into your heart.

The deeper you breathe each feeling in and breathe it out as blessings of peace, love, and harmony for one and all, the greater perspective you develop in recognizing your previous emotional enemies as unsuspecting allies in disguise.
Along with noticing emotions shifting faster than before and opening up to emotions as gifts to receive, no matter how each one is packaged or decorated, you may even notice yourself still judging, condemning, or criticizing, while on the inside, the objective observer watches the play of human behavior, but without a firm internal commitment in believing in such harsh viewpoints as you did before. At this point, it’s as if you’re barely going through the paces of personal patterns that continue to lose power and fall apart as you play them out.

As your internal orientation continues to shift, each surge of thought or emotion will flow directly through you as an passing experience that is curious and invigorating instead of feeling threatening in any way. From this space, you become aware of the activity of human conditioning from a space of openness. While it may feel like neutrality in the beginning, it is the vast spacious emptiness I’ve been speaking about as the arrival of 5D consciousness.

Even though you are getting used to life at a new zero point, where things no longer happen to you, but occur around you, it equally can be a time where passion, inspiration, joy, happiness, and fulfillment equally seem missing. As you acclimate to the climate of new paradigm consciousness, soon the vast empty spaciousness becomes the light of all things to return you to the inspiration, joy, ecstasy, and fulfillment of your highest potential that can now be anchored and grounded into a strong foundation of grace and maturity.

When trying to fast forward your journey is replaced by exploring the nuances and subtleties of each vital shift, you are able to see with greater clarity just how far you’ve come, as you begin to honor your efforts and embrace the beauty of your uniqueness at a more intimate level. As you advance through each degree of internal orientation, the most essential practice is a willingness to love the one who experiences life however it seems to you.

From loving the one who ridicules the activity of judgment, or embracing the one who wishes life felt more fair, to honoring the one who wants it all to speed up and get to the good stuff, each experience introduces you to the next aspect of self that is next in line to be loved by you. Even if your experience seems so beyond the realm of conscious action, it merely invites you to embrace the one who only knows how to communicate by either lashing out or shutting down.

No matter how you are experiencing the dawning of a new spiritual paradigm, it is my honor to serve the evolution of your journey, until you have no other choice but to see the magnificence of your being and dare to shine as brightly as you have always been meant to be.

I'm certain you are.  Feeling.  You'd think it would be easier if you knew that we are in the midst of a major shift ... and speaking of the energies we're experiencing ... they are kicking our collective bums!

If you feel like crap ... you are not alone ...

I’m not going to label the feelings and emotions with illness names … I’m going to dive right in.

If you feel ... like crap, wrung out, tearful, anxious, unable to sleep, feeling increased pain in your body, hysteria, frustration, anger, resentment, defeat ... insert anything you are feeling that I may have missed ... continue to have faith that all is in divine order.

We are being squeezed through the birthing canal of something we have never ever experienced before.

Don't give up now ... we are soooo close!  I know, I know ... it feels so hopeless ... so frustrating ... gut wrenching sobs surfacing to be released ... just observe it ... let it surface ... just don't give up now!  We've come so far ...Take the time you need ... find a favorite space to be alone ... be with children ... empty your heart out to your pet ... if you're supporting others ... sometimes it seems you are so powerless to help them ... being with them is enough ... just be what you are guided to ... there is no book or course to show us how to navigate these waters ... Yes even for energy healers and light workers ... we have no teacher's manual for this ... we are winging it just like you are ... just keeping our heads above the water that could at any minute push us over the edge to give up.

Each one of us is different … some have been aware of their journey since birth and been on this path all their lives …

As it was for me … my path has opened up and been revealed with my need to alleviate certain health challenges.  When I was told about 10 years ago by a medical doctor that I would be taking high blood pressure pills for the rest of my life, that’s when my alarm went off.  Up until that point, I blindly accepted what doctors had to say and took what they told me to take, because I thought they knew best.  And now, where it pertains to my body, I AM the most knowledgeable person!  And my intention with sharing this, is that you are empowered to know what is best for you!  Whether it is a natural holistic approach or with an allopathic specialist for your particular issue.  Only you know your truths and I wish for you to follow your knowing.  There’s no rule for any of this … it’s just following what feels light … if it feels heavy, as in creates stress when you do it or think about it … if it feels icky … if it feels rushed like you have to decide now and you can’t … that would be my interpretation of heavy.  Follow what feels right for you … if it is easy … stay in that flow … you will always know what is right for you.  And it might be against what everyone else thinks you “should” be doing.  It’s ok.  You can always change your mind.  It’s all good.

I no longer share my story … for that is what it is … it’s only a story … and it lies in the past … I am no longer that person who started out on this path just a short decade ago … I might say I’m 180 degrees a different person … but because I’ve expanded beyond that even … I would say I continue to loop around in a swirl design as I continue to strengthen who I am …

And as it is with all such stories … the more it is retold … the more it continues to solidify “that”.  So no more stories … just guidance …

I was guided to work with a knowledgeable homeopathic practitioner as I began to let go of what others thought best for me.  To this day, I still have a homeopathic first aid kit and use it regularly to treat ailments in the humans in my family, as well as the dogs, cat, and horses.  While on this journey, I was fortunate to sample many healing modalities.  It was a lovely time of getting massages, acupuncture, structural body integration, chiropractic, Bowen works, Reiki, to name a few.  Each new experience led me to be more in tune with my body, getting to know how it “spoke” and what it asked for.  I became a Level II Reiki practitioner and thought I was “finished”.

Then my entire world as I knew it changed when someone I did not personally know reached out to me with messages for me … they were things about me … and my family at first … things she could not have known.  Then the information became more penetrating … it took some effort to not freak out … well I did freak out!  The information then became more about what I was to accomplish … this woman I did not personally know … and with another woman I had met online in a women’s community we were drawn together as a trinity for the purpose of working with Archangel Michael.  That was in 2011.  I remember being in “night school” for over a year … Where Michael brought us to learn from the angels, other Archangels and then other worldly beings beyond that.  I just remember being unrested when I woke … remembering only snippets of being together in dream time and what transpired as we would figure stuff out.  One of us was proficient in receiving the messages from Michael via muscle testing.  Word by word, she would receive the messages he wished us to know and be.  I won’t say I always agreed with the path or the mission as it was presented to us … we as humans do have free will, ya know ;-) … unless you’re arguing with an Archangel!  Especially Michael!  So I was the one who resisted!  We argued on a few topics … where I challenged him that “this is not how it could be!” … “I wish to be lighter in body and have the free will to choose to follow nutrition programs that would help me to release the weight!”  … well … ya just don’t argue with an Archangel … I shed many tears with my struggles against the flow … sometimes just wondering if I had gone crazy! … and in the end Archangel Michael proved to be supportive and loving while still being firm in his mission and our part in it.  And so when he said I was now a crystal healer, go out and be that … well … can ya say STAGEFRIGHT!  BE-ing THAT which I had feared most of all … becoming Visible!  OMGOODNESS!  And with each step out into the open … the three in this trinity … each exploring our newly given gifts … little by little, gaining momentum as validation buoyed us … baby steps … it’s all about baby steps … and trust!  So let go of all perceptions of “how I think it should be” … or “how I see it” … let go … what’s there to lose … besides fear … you’ll get over that quickly!  Trust me!  Trust this left brained, analytical Capricorn!  ♥

Now that we’re learning to let things go … releasing those things from our lives that no longer serve … it might look like material belongings that you feel obligated to keep, or emotions that are holding you back in fear … or even people who are sucking the life right out of you …

Or … all of the above.  It’s all OK … it doesn’t need to stay that way … we are learning as we go … none of us is perfect at this …

We’ve already discussed releasing “stuff” … so … what IS next????

What IF you could change the thoughts, feelings and emotions that keep you doing the same ol’, same ol’ … over and over again?

There are 32 points around the head, when lightly touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive.  These points link to many aspects in your life … aging, awareness, body, communication, control, creativity, gratitude, healing, joy, kindness, money, peace, sadness, sexuality, space, & time.

What if you could experience a relaxing body process that releases thousands of limitations?  Just imagine … how might my life be, if I could flip my thoughts and feelings about ((insert topic))?

So … what is it you want more of in your life?  Love … balance and wellbeing … peace in your mind that leads to Happy Happy Joy Joy?  Yeahhhhhh …

Am reading a new post from a trusted source that I follow ... and I'm soooo totally in love with how our world is unfolding, refolding, kinda like origami ... we're all in the midst of change, more so than ever experienced before ... and yes there are many aspects of it ... but but but ... focusing on the positives that are revealed in each moment is what reminds us to keep going ... it does get better ... just keep asking "how does it get any better than this?" ... it ALWAYS does!

Here's a little snippit of the September 3rd message titled "Awareness into Alignment"

I was reminded of something I wrote a few years ago ... hearing the large vehicle off in the distance during a rain reminded me ... 

Here it is again from 8-7-2010:

This morning I awoke with many fond memories from my childhood. Waking up to the sound of rain on the pflastersteine, cars passing outside the window, parking meters being emptied by the one-armed man whose name was Willi, the church chiming on the quarter hour, the garbage truck making frequent stops emptying the garbage tonne lined along the street, people gathering to have their morning group talks at the kiosk across the street in the parking square between my grandmother's house and the church. My grandmother tells me to stay in bed until she lights the stove, she'll get me the Bild Zeitung and Haribo Gummi Baerschen from the Kiosk, so I can read while she goes up to Staerk to get Broetschen for Frueschtueck. I hear her grinding the coffee beans, while I'm snuggled deep under a huge, thick, heavy, feather deckbett, so heavy that once you lay under it, there's no moving the entire night, cause you're locked down in place by it. The smell of the coffee, ahhhhhhhh, love that smell of good beans, cause it takes me back to when I was a kid .... then the smell of the oil as she lights the stove to warm the kitchen. The church chimes again, miss that sound so much, Alzey has the most beautiful sounding church. I have my great aunt Kaet'l's console clock, which chimes on the quarter hour .... just love that sound .... and am grateful to have that piece which reminds me of my childhood all day long every day .... so by now Mutti has brought fresh Broetschen and some Kaffeestueckschen for Fruehschtueck, and I am allowed to get up since I've finished reading the Bild Zeitung. There's nothing that compares with fresh Broetschen, with unsalted european butter, homemade quince jam that had been sitting in Tante Kaet'l's Wandschrank for so many years that a sugar crust had built up on the top of the jam .... OMG .... it's just the best .... ever! These are the things that I miss from Alzey in Germany .... and although I have no idea why, I am grateful that these lovely memories surfaced at this exact moment ... 

Playing on the street with Ulla et al, dodge ball, catch, hide & seek, one of us shouting "AUTO!!!" and we'd all scatter to each side of the road and jump to the curb, to resume our play as soon as the car would pass .... packing lunches, and a little money, to spend the day at the Schwimmbad, god knows how I loved the Wartberg Schwimmbad. There was always a group of us who lugged our bags uphill to the pool. Ulla and I were recently reminiscing about how the knackwuerstschen tasted ... ahhhhh and when we finished that, we dipped the mischbrot into the senf ... there's nothing better than German mustard, Gulden is a close second .... then we would dip fresh pretzels into the mustard until it was all dipped dry. Ahhhhhhh that was one of the highlights of our pool visit, every day, all summer .... 

Maybe because I am re-connecting with so many lovely friends from my childhood in Germany, then when we moved to Avon Park in Florida in 1977, and I have all those wonderful people to count as my friends ... 

maybe it's because I answered yes to manifesting that I am on a reunion cruise with the Avon Park friends next summer for our 30th class reunion??? Maybe it's because the reunion is coming up next year, and I'm remembering details about where we were stationed, when we moved, how that felt, feelings that I've had to stuff down because as a teenager, I didn't know how to deal with them. 

Yes ... I am so blessed to have experienced all that I have, the wonderful people that have been in my life, as far back as I can remember, the school in Sacramento where I went until halfway thru the second grade .... I remember, OH I REMEMBER, riding our bikes to the pool first thing in the morning, there's nothing like the look of a blue pool, just like the one at Alison's house, so blue, so perfect, so remembering how it was taking swimming lessons and bringing those memories back to the forefront .... I would so love to be able to find safety in wearing a swimsuit again .... and being in a pool that is still blue and untouched by a multitude of splashing kids .... yes, that's what I wish .... I recently saw a picture in a magazine of a beautiful women doing just that ... maybe that's what triggered this wish to surface from deep within ... as I had no knowing that this was there, patiently awaiting its turn to the surface. 

Maybe it's when we moved from Avon Park FL to Orcas Island WA in the summer of 10th grade .... wearing my brown suede cowboy hat and red Avon Park FL school windbreaker, all the time, all day long, it was cold here compared to Avon Park .... yes I lived in that beloved jacket and cowboy hat .... and I was always cold. New friends, some poking fun at our 'accent' ... I didn't have an accent!!! Yes, Jerome did poke fun at me about it :-) ...we did have fun didn't we Alison? ... and the friends that I made here along the way .... you beautiful people that are also here on fb with me .... Yessssss, I remember all the wonderful memories from my childhood, the sounds, the scents, the feelings, OHHHH the feelings .... some are just awkward, some are heart warming ... No, most of them are heartwarming ... my heart sings just now .... 

Maybe it's just because I awoke and it's misty out and my subconscious wanted me to remember what I loved about the sound of rain, when cars would drive by, their tires making a uniquely wet sound on the pflastersteine, and 'one armed' Willi emptying the coins from parking meters outside my grandmother's window.
